Research and Analysis

 

The Face of Global Sex is an ongoing research project with reports published periodically that look at different aspects of sexual health. Data is gathered through the Durex Sexual Wellbeing Global Survey. So far the following reports have been published:

• The Challenges of Unprotected Sex (2005), an in-depth analysis of answers to the question: have you ever had unprotected sex with a sexual partner without knowing their sexual history?
• First Sex: an opportunity of a lifetime (2007), which examined the circumstances and reasons influencing first sex, establishing trends according to demographics including age, gender, location and prosperity among others.
