    Our approach to reward is directly aligned to over-performance against financial targets and SSL continues to move towards rewarding individuals for performance.

    The approach to rewarding individuals may vary and is tailor-made to individual needs and circumstances. This allows for the right tool to be used at the right time to include:-

    Open and honest communication is key to a successful business and is a core value for SSL. Our overall communication programme focuses on three core areas – our brands, our people and our financial performance.

    We have developed a toolbox for communication provides the platform for on-going communication initiatives and includes: the employee magazine, ‘Be Inspired’, intranet, ‘Insight’ and poster campaigns supporting SSL’s vision and values.
