In conformity with Disclosure Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company’s capital consists of 190,668,248 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 190,668,248.

The above figure 190,668,248 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
