As discussed with the FSA, prior to the implementation of the EU Transparency Directive, the interests in shares of FMR Corp (FMR) and Fidelity International Limited (FIL) were aggregated together for the purposes of shareholder reporting. SSL International plc announces that as a result of an internal restructuring of the
group's supply chain, Mike Pilkington, Group Supply Chain Director has stepped down as a
board director. Mike will be leaving the company at the end of June 2007 after handing over
his responsibilities.
Gerald Corbett, Chairman, said:
