SSL International plc (“the Company”)

 

The Company has received notification, pursuant to Part VI of the Companies Act 1985, that as at close of business on 16 March 2006, Prudential plc and certain of it’s subsidiaries were interested in a total of 11,482,300 shares of the Company representing 6.05% of the issued share capital.
