SSL International plc (“the Company”)

 

The Company has received notification, pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act
1985 that as at 8 February 2006, HBOS plc and certain of it’s subsidiaries were interested
in 6,836,677 shares of the Company representing 3.60% of the issued share capital.
