On 19 July 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to sections 198 to
202 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 15 July 2005, Deutsche Bank AG and
its subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 25,480,126 ordinary shares in
the Company representing 13.44% of the issued capital of the Company.
