On 15th June 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 15th June 2005, Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 30,099,992 ordinary shares in the Company representing 15.88% of the issued capital of the Company.
