On 10th June 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to sections 198 of 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 9th June 2005, Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 30,673,002 ordinary shares in the Company representing 16.18% of the issued capital of the Company.
