On 2nd June 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 1st June 2005, Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 26,674,985 ordinary shares in the Company representing 14.08% of the issued capital of the Company.
