On 1st June 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 31st May 2005, Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 25,051,859 ordinary shares in the Company representing 13.22% of the issued capital of the Company.
