On 1st June 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 27th May 2005, the Credit Suisse First Boston group of companies have a notifiable interest in 13,109,661 ordinary shares in the Company representing 6.92% of the issued share capital of the Company.
