On 31st May 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 26th May 2005, Aviva plc have a notifiable interest in 15,224,333 ordinary shares in the Company representing 8.03% of the issued capital of the Company.
