On 25 May 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 25 May 2005, Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 24,380,951 ordinary shares in the Company representing 12.86% of the issued capital of the Company.
