On 13th May 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 11th May 2005, Aviva plc have a notifiable interest in 13,275,919 ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.01% of the issued capital of the Company.
