On the 10th May 2005, the Company received notification, pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at close of business on 5th May 2005, the Morgan Stanley group of companies was interested in a total of 6,476,078 shares in the Company representing 3.42% of the issued share capital.
