On 6th May 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 5th May 2005, Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 14,097,225 ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.44% of the issued capital of the Company.
