On 4th May 2005, the Company received notification, pursuant to Part VI of the Companies Act 1985, that, as at close of business on 3rd May 2005, the interests of Cater Allen International Limited in the share capital of the Company has decreased to 8,700,000 shares representing 4.60% of the issued share capital of the Company.
