On 7th November 2005, the Company received notification pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 4th November 2005, Lehman Brothers International (Europe) have a notifiable interest in 5,739,379 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
