The Company has received notification pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the
Companies Act 1985, that as at 10 March 2005, Deutsche Bank AG and its
subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 11,262,378 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 5.94% of the issued capital of the Company.
