The Company has received notification pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the
Companies Act 1985, that as at 8 March 2005, Deutsche Bank AG and its
subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 11,513,116 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 6.08% of the issued capital of the Company.
