SSL International plc ("SSL"), a manufacturer and distributor of consumer healthcare products, is hosting a visit for sector analysts and major shareholders to Barcelona commencing this evening, Tuesday 8th February and continuing tomorrow, Wednesday 9th February 2005.

The purpose of this visit is to provide analysts and investors with the
opportunity to meet with senior and operational management, to tour the condom
manufacturing facility and to further their understanding of brand strategy, the
innovation pipeline and supply chain initiatives. No information will be made
available in relation to the current trading of the Group.
