The Company has received notification, pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that, as at close of business on 6 January 2005, Deutsche Bank AG, London have a notifiable interest in 11,641,077 ordinary shares of the Company representing 6.14% of the issued share capital.
