The Company has received notification, pursuant to sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that, as at close of business on 4 January 2005, Deutsche Bank AG, London have a notifiable interest in 9,826,286 ordinary shares of the Company representing 5.19% of the issued share capital.
