SSL International plc announces that as a result of an internal restructuring of the group's supply chain, Mike Pilkington, Group Supply Chain Director has stepped down as a board director.

Mike will be leaving the company at the end of June 2007 after handing over his responsibilities.

Gerald Corbett, Chairman, said:
