SSL International plc (“SSL”) the manufacturer and distributor of healthcare products announces the appointment of Mark Moran as Group Finance Director. Mark succeeds Garry Watts who was appointed Chief Executive on 1st April 2004.

Mark, aged 44, was previously Group Finance Director at Porvair plc prior to which he held senior management roles with Caradon plc. Mark graduated from Oxford before training as a Chartered Accountant. He is married with three children.
