SSL announces that it has entered into a long term technology sharing and licensing agreement with Schering-Plough HealthCare Products Inc ('SPHCP') for the development of new footcare products.

Under the agreement, new products developed by either party will be available for sale by the other party in the relevant market subject to a royalty payment. As part of the agreement, SSL has paid a know-how licence fee of US$10 million to SPHCP.
