The Board of SSL International plc ('SSL'), the international manufacturer and distributor of healthcare products, announces that Paul Sanders, Finance Director, will be leaving the Group at the end of the year to join Baltimore Technologies as Chief Financial Officer.

The Group is actively seeking a replacement Finance Director and an announcement will be made as soon as there are any significant developments. Paul will actively ensure a smooth handover of his specific responsibilities until a successor is appointed.

The Board would like to thank Paul for his significant contribution to the Group, particularly during the two mergers.
