However, copies of the Company’s annual report and accounts (Annual Report) will only be posted to those shareholders who, after being given due notice, have specifically requested to receive such information in that form. Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP)
A DRIP is a convenient, easy and cost effective way for shareholders to build up their shareholding by using their cash dividends to buy additional shares.
The purchase of shares is made on, or as soon as is practically possible, after the dividend payment date.
A DRIP allows shareholders to use their cash dividends to buy more shares in the company at favourable commission rates.
If the Shareholder opts to join the DRIP scheme, any dividend amount insufficient to buy one share in the Company will be carried forward, with no interest, and added to the next dividend.
The share price of the shares purchased will be that of the London Stock Exchange on the purchase date.
This service is administered by the Company’s registrars, Capita Registrars and further details can be obtained from them.
